In September of 2007, Momentum Creative Marketing Services secured the contract for programme training delivery on behalf of WIND a consortium of craft designers and makers spanning two distinct groups (Strand I and Strand II participants) between Wales and Ireland. Maggie was instrumental in delivering an effective results oriented sales & marketing training programme. The Marketing Programme was designed for small business entrepreneurs and focused on key topics including ways of conducting market research, the various tools necessary in promoting a small business, the ideal target customer and customer profiling for the craft sector as well as how to develop a marketing plan. Maggie also focused on a specific network and sales training programme which was delivered in the same timeframe.
